To receive the special group rate:

  1. Register to attend the conference.
  2. You will receive confirmation of your registration which will include the special group rate and instructions on how to make your hotel reservation.
  3. To receive the special group rate, you must call the hotel with the special group rate code. Online hotel reservations will not receive this group rate, so please make sure to follow the confirmation instructions.

The hotel special group room rate is only good through February 6, 2025.

Hotel information:

  • Check-in is 3:00pm.
  • Credit card is required upon check-in.
  • Upon arrival, check in at the hotel’s front desk. Pick up your conference name tag in the conference center at the Men of the Word Registration Table outside of Salon A.
